This is a journey for both: Yoga lovers and hiking enthusiasts.

Practicing yoga outdoors enhances the experience of presence and connection, helping us ground down and still a stressed-mind. At the same time we’re toning and cleansing our body. It is a fantastic experience, and you can take in the natural beauty of Cape Town while being in it yourself.

Table Mountain (5 to 6 hours)
Lions Head (3 to 4 hours)
Red Hill (2 to 3 hours)

What to bring ?

  • Clothes

    Comfortable clothing that allows for freedom and movement. Depending on the weather, a jacket or jumper is always handy!
