With many years of experience in practice and teaching, our classes are influenced from a myriad of styles such as Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Power, and Hatha Yoga.
We teach what we have determined, through our own practice and experience, works best for the western body and mind. We are specialized in yoga for athletes, rehabilitation, and relief of back pain. Our classes focus on breath, strength, flexibility, and relaxation of body and mind in a well-balanced way. We create for you a strong foundation that provides you with a deep understanding of how yoga works in a healthy and anatomically safe way.
